RN/LVN

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a compassionate RN or LVN to provide direct nursing care to adolescents and adults in our residential eating disorder treatment programs. In this role, you’ll complete assessments, administer medications, monitor medical and psychiatric status, and support evidence-based, recovery-focused treatment. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists, dietitians, and psychiatrists, contribute to care plans, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and promote safety, dignity, and respect. Provide direct nursing care to adolescents and adults in residential eating disorder programs Conduct ongoing medical and psychiatric assessments and monitor vital signs Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols Document care, assessments, and interventions accurately in the EMR Collaborate with therapists, dietitians, psychiatrists, and other team members on individualized care plans Participate in treatment team meetings and communicate changes in client status Educate clients and families on medical, nutritional, and recovery-related topics as appropriate Support crisis management and safety plans, following all risk and infection-control procedures Promote a compassionate, recovery-focused, and culturally sensitive environment Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and quality-improvement initiatives Patient assessment Care planning Medication administration Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation Vital signs monitoring Crisis intervention skills Care coordination Wound and medical monitoring skills Infection control practices Interdisciplinary team collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active RN license in state of practice Active LVN/LPN license in state of practice BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Experience in eating disorder, behavioral health, or psychiatric settings preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
