We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Behavior Interventionist to join our team and help us continue our mission of restoring hope and building stronger families.

As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a vital role in supporting clients by providing direct care and implementing behavior intervention strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering behavior intervention services to clients in their homes.
• Completing the agency's 40-hour CBI training program and applying learned techniques in real-life scenarios.
• Observing and documenting client progress while maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with team members and families to create a positive impact.
• Traveling to client homes using your reliable transportation.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar or related field.
• 21 years of age or older .
• A high school diploma or equivalent .
• Completion of the agency's 40-hour CBI training program , including curriculum, CPI, CPR, and other required trainings (as outlined in the Trainer Manual).
• Completion of 8 hours of observed direct work with a client before independent service delivery.
• A clean background check , including KBI, APS, CPS, and Nurse Aide Registry clearances.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
