Reno Staffing is looking for a project safety administrative assistant for a construction company located in the USA Parkway!

This is a temp to hire opportunity providing excellent benefits upon hire. The right candidate will be ready to make a difference and take this role head on!

Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.(1-hour Lunch)
Salary: $75,000 or $36.06/hr.
Location: Sparks, NV 89434 - Own transportation required. Some traveling is required as client has multiple locations.

Summary:

The Project Safety Administrative Assistant position provides crucial support to the Group Safety team,
ensuring smooth operations and efficient project execution. This role requires personal drive, initiative,
resourcefulness, professionalism, and and integrity. The position requires high attention to detail and excellent
organizational and communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned.

• Provide Safety administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing Safety Reports and Documents. typing, copying,
  scanning (see list below).
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports include:
  o Hammertech Uploads
  o Action Plan
  o Certifications
  o Daily Inspections
  o Daily Reports
  o EOW report
  o Grounding
  o Harness Inspections
  o Incident
  o Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
  o Orientation Forms
  o Pre-Task Planning (PTP)
  o Safety Meetings
  o Scaffold Inspections
  o Scissor Lift Inspections
  o Utility Cart Inspections
  o Weather Plan
  o Weekly Site Inspections
• Provide Safety support to Safety teams as needed to manage day-to-day construction operations.
• Maintain a high level of organization in Safety document management and control.
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
