Bathroom Design Consultant (Outside Sales) Tucson, AZ Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $125,000–$300,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses) What You'll Do Run two pre-qualified appointments per day (approximately 10 per week) Conduct in-home consultations and assess customers' remodeling needs Build rapport with homeowners and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions Guide customers through the sales process and set clear expectations Close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience Attend two in-person sales meetings each month Support team success while maintaining high professional standards What We're Looking For Two or more years of in-home or outside sales experience (required) Experience in bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Professional appearance with a customer-first attitude Comfortable using iPads, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Drive Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results Schedule Full-time Five days per week Available to work at least three Saturdays per month Appointment times vary based on customer availability Compensation & Benefits 100% commission-based position following a two-week paid training program Annual earning potential of $125,000–$300,000+ , with top performers exceeding $200,000 Monthly performance bonuses 50% health insurance stipend after 90 days Dental, vision, and paid time off options available Why Join Us?
