Power Platform Techno-Functional Consultant

Overview Power Platform Techno-Functional Consultant I’m working with a leading Microsoft Solution Partner expanding its Power Platform practice. They’re looking for an experienced Power Platform Techno-Functional Consultant to design, implement, and optimise scalable business applications across a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients. This is a consultancy that values innovation, collaboration, and flexibility with a fully remote work model. Responsibilities Lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions. Design and configure applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. Implement integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party systems. Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support business intelligence initiatives. Provide technical and functional leadership across multiple projects, including solution design, testing, and deployment. Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in governance, security, scalability, and performance. Produce detailed documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to client teams and end-users. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, advising on roadmap planning, digital transformation, and platform optimisation. Experience 5 years’ experience in Microsoft technologies, with 3+ years working on end-to-end Power Platform implementations. Proven track record delivering successful business applications leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong functional knowledge of business processes across Finance, Operations, or Customer Engagement. Experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external applications. Familiarity with Dataverse, custom connectors, and governance frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and functional perspectives. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600) preferred. Salary & Benefits Competitive base salary of 120k–130k USD plus bonus potential.
