Production Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will support daily operations by assembling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products to meet quality and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-minded, and comfortable working as part of a team to help keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform production tasks according to established procedures, specifications, and schedules. Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment or further processing. Inspect materials and finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Operate basic production equipment and tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, or material shortages to the appropriate team members. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment is helpful. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail. Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic communication and problem-solving skills.
