Atlas Survival Shelters is seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented professional to oversee our day-to-day financial operations, payroll, customer records, and internal business systems. This is an in-house, full-time position for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple areas of a fast-paced manufacturing business.

Qualification:

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience required
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
• Extensive experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience processing and maintaining payroll
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, payments, deposits and financial recordkeeping
• Experience organizing and maintaining CRM systems
• Ability to organize, track, and follow up on sales leads and customer accounts
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidential company, employee, and customer information
• Comfortable working directly with ownership, management, sales, and vendors
• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily AP and AR
• Create, send, track, and maintain customer invoices
• Process and maintain payroll records
• Maintain accurate records within QuickBooks
• Reconcile payments, expense, vendor accounts, and company records
• Organize and maintain the company's CRM
• Track and organize incoming sales leads
• Maintain customer files, payment schedules, and account information
• Assist management with financial reports and business records
• Coordinate with sales and management to ensure customer information and payments are properly documented
• Maintain organized digital and physical company records
• Help improve internal processes and keep financial and customer information current and accurate

Compensation

• $70,000 annual salary

This is an in-house position and requires a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
