Remote RCM Billing Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the RCM Billing Analyst will manage end-to-end patient statement workflows, track billing activity, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end patient statement workflows, including review, distribution, and resolution of billing inquiries across 260+ practices Track patient statement activity and outstanding balances, ensuring accurate reporting to leadership Coordinate with practices and internal RCM teams to troubleshoot billing discrepancies and manage RCM tickets effectively Required qualifications 2-5 years of healthcare RCM or administration experience Experience with patient statements and billing support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and EMR software functionality Graduate of a four-year high school or equivalent (GED) Ability to troubleshoot data files including csv, xls, pdfs, and txt formats
