A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Program Compliance & Quality Assurance Specialist.

• Location: Hybrid (Remote/Field Visits)
• Pay Range - $23.00-26.00 an hour
• Schedule – M-F 8am-4:30pm
• Benefits – active after 90 days
• Travel required –Must live in on the following counties to be considered Blair, Mifflin, Juniata, Perry, Union, Snyder, Northumberland, Columbia, Montour.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and offsite quality assurance and compliance monitoring of Aging programs and services.
• Review program operations and service delivery to ensure compliance with PDA policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide technical assistance and recommendations to AAAs.
• Monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and follow up on corrective actions.
• Use WellSky/A&D and other technology systems to conduct monitoring, document findings, and prepare reports.
• Interpret and communicate Aging policies and procedures to AAAs, staff, providers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in committees, workgroups, training, public presentations, and special projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with state, county, and external partners to promote quality and continuous improvement in Aging services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• Two years of professional experience in a human services program conducting
  human services related research or providing social services to clients
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of quality assurance and risk management. 
• Experience/working knowledge of home and community based services or human services.
