A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Program Compliance & Quality Assurance Specialist.
- Location: Hybrid (Remote/Field Visits)
- Pay Range - $23.00-26.00 an hour
- Schedule – M-F 8am-4:30pm
- Benefits – active after 90 days
- Travel required –Must live in on the following counties to be considered Blair, Mifflin, Juniata, Perry, Union, Snyder, Northumberland, Columbia, Montour.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite and offsite quality assurance and compliance monitoring of Aging programs and services.
- Review program operations and service delivery to ensure compliance with PDA policies, procedures, and standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide technical assistance and recommendations to AAAs.
- Monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and follow up on corrective actions.
- Use WellSky/A&D and other technology systems to conduct monitoring, document findings, and prepare reports.
- Interpret and communicate Aging policies and procedures to AAAs, staff, providers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in committees, workgroups, training, public presentations, and special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with state, county, and external partners to promote quality and continuous improvement in Aging services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Two years of professional experience in a human services program conducting
human services related research or providing social services to clients - Knowledge of the principles and practices of quality assurance and risk management.
- Experience/working knowledge of home and community based services or human services.
