Lead HVAC Installation Crew Leader
Climate Guys Western Michigan (Holland / Hudsonville / South Haven Area)

Climate Guys is a locally owned and operated heating and cooling company that has been serving Western Michigan families and businesses since 2010. We take pride in delivering high-quality residential and light commercial installations with professionalism and integrity.
We're looking for a Lead HVAC Installation Crew Leader who is passionate about the trade, leads by example, and wants to build a long-term career with a supportive, family-oriented team.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise an installation crew on residential and light commercial projects
- Oversee complete system installations, including accurate system layouts, duct design, and sizing
- Ensure all jobs are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
- Mentor and develop team members while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, management, and crew members
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40+ hours per week (overtime as needed)

Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- Proven experience leading and mentoring installation crews
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, ductwork, and new construction installations
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality
