Position Overview:
Cell Phone Sales Experience RequiredCOLD and WARM CALLING EXPERIENCE Required
play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of wireless products, services, and accessories.
Your success will directly impact your earning potential and the store's growth. This position reports to the Store Manager and offers opportunities for growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Build Relationships: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for their lifestyle.
- Deliver Exceptional Service
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on the latest wireless products, services, industry trends, and promotions
- Drive Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns quickly
Qualifications:
- RETAIL Cell phone sales or customer service experience PREFERRED
- STRONG communication skills.
- Passion for the wireless industry and helping customers find the right solutions
- Hours: must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Hours: must be able to work between 30 to 40 hours weekly
