Class A CDL Driver - Trench Safety Equipment (Corfu, NY)

Sunbelt Rentalsthe fastest growing rental business in North Americais seeking a Class A CDL Driver for our specialized Trench Safety / Trenching Rental Division based out of our Corfu, NY branch. Conveniently situated in Genesee County between Buffalo and Rochester, this location offers an ideal, accessible hub for regional drivers across Western New York.

As a Class A CDL Trenching Equipment Driver, you will deliver, load, and recover specialized trench shielding, shoring, and excavation safety equipment to and from customer job sites across the regional area.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver's license with Class A CDL certification and an acceptable driver's record

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience operating commercial vehicles and hauling heavy construction/trenching equipment
• Truck-Mounted Crane / Boom Truck experience: Ability or experience using a truck-mounted crane/knuckle boom for loading, unloading, and staging heavy trench shoring equipment is highly desirable
• Experience driving flatbed, dovetail, or lowboy/RGN trailers
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment checks at customer job sites
• Strong customer service focus and dedication to safety on the road and job site

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

Base Pay Range: $27.07 - 40.59

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
