Bring your detail-oriented, organized approach and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines and join us to make a measurable impact on high-value customer outcomes.Position Responsibilities:Act as workload manager for consultation requests submitted through any means (official Service Now requests, email requests, shoulder taps, etc.) with goal of having customers be comfortable with researching self-help articles and submitting requests through correct channelsGather customer feedback on processes and find ways to improve overall time to complete requestsIncorporate feedback into regular daily activities utilizing Agile methodology, or Product Lifecycle Management processesConsult with customers (end-users) to gather requirements and identify if needs could be met with existing solutions or notPrioritize those requests to design, test, and implement a solutionWork with appropriate product supplier for enhancements and issues not resolved in-houseChoose appropriate computing products and methods to ensure requirements are met for security, problem management, capacity/performance management and operational managementBe the single point of contact for Voice Services; build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and engineering teamsDocument and prioritize business requirements related to all non-standard voice service requestsTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteriaDefine and maintain asset management standards for all voice infrastructure hardware (including servers), ensuring standards are consistent across the organizationReview compliance criteria and collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure all infrastructure remains compliantEstablish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for service quality, availability, and affordability; report status and trends to stakeholders and leadershipFacilitate technical review boards, stewardship councils, and working groups to drive standards and policiesAdvocate for continuous improvement in processes and automation opportunitiesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience partnering directly with product, platform, engineering, or technical operations teams to self-evaluate within delivery environments5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing dateExperience in asset managementPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):10+ years’ experience as a data or business analyst10+ years’ experience in Networking (Cisco and Arista)10+ years’ experience in Telecommunications in an engineering role (IP and TDM; specifically; Cisco UCM, Cisco Unity, Nortel, and Avaya)5+ years’ experience deploying TSG standard solutions within classified areas5+ years’ experience with unclassified telecommunications in classified areas5+ years’ Experience with encrypted communications devices in classified areasExperience with various software tools (M365, MS Azure Devops, ServiceNow, CUCM administration, NetPlus administration)Experience with communication skills and being able to present complex data topics to business partners/stakeholders as well as technical audiencesExperience creating procedure documentation for customized processesConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
