Position: CNC Lathe MachinistShift: 1st shift OR 2nd shiftPay Rate: $30-$36 per hour ($2 shift diff for 2nd shift)Job Summary:

As a Multi-Turret Machinist, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of  sophisticated twin-spindle turning centers. You will work with industry-leading equipment  and control interfaces to produce complex, high-tolerance components. 

• Machines: Nakamura, Murata, Miyano, and Index.

Responsibilities

Equipment & Skills Required

• Our CNC machinists work on twin-spindle, multi-turret turning centers by Nakamura, Murata, Miyano, and Index.
• Control Interfaces: Fanuc (Nakamura, Murata, Miyano/Citizen), Siemens (Index)
• Core Skills: Proficiency with G & M codes, executing offsets, and adept at tool touch-offs and indication.

• wearing steel toe shoes
• standing for 5 hours at one time
• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week

Skills
• Multi-turret Swiss Machining (1 year of experience is required)
• Blueprint Reading (1 year of experience is required)

• Years of experience: 3 years
• Experience level: Experienced
