Location: Pueblo, CO

Start Date: 06/20/2026

End Date/Duration: Permanent

Shift: 7-8 twenty-four-hour shifts/month

Hours/week: Approximately 40-48 hours

Employment Type: Full-time

Licenses/Certifications: Colorado Medical License (or eligibility), Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN

Experience: Prior OB/GYN hospitalist experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $324,000 - $360,000/year
• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: hourly rate may be indicative; actual compensation discussed upon application)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive in-house obstetric care including labor management, deliveries, and gynecologic consultations
• Manage obstetric triage and emergent gynecologic surgeries
• Care for neonates delivered at 31 weeks' gestation and beyond, working with a Level II-B NICU team
• Collaborate seamlessly with CNMs and a dedicated backup OB/GYN team
• Utilize the Epic electronic medical record system to coordinate patient care efficiently
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered obstetric services in a community hospital setting with approximately 140 deliveries/month

What You Need

• Medical license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one
• Certification or eligibility in OB/GYN (board certification preferred)
• Prior inpatient obstetrics experience preferred but not required
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
