Structural Welder

Job DescriptionJob Description$160/day Per Diem5/10s and an 8 through the end of November.We are seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience welding and assembling structural steel components while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity.ResponsibilitiesWeld structural steel components using MIG/FCAW and/or SMAW (stick) processesRead and interpret structural drawings, weld symbols, and blueprintsFit, tack, and weld beams, columns, plates, braces, and other structural componentsPerform layout, measurement, and fabrication work as neededUse grinders, cutting torches, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipmentInspect welds for quality and make necessary repairsMaintain proper weld sizes, alignment, and dimensional accuracyFollow all OSHA and company safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualificationsPrevious structural steel welding experienceAbility to read and understand blueprints and weld symbolsProficiency with common welding and fabrication toolsAbility to perform quality welds in various positionsExperience with structural steel fabrication or erection preferredWelding certifications are a plusAbility to pass a weld testOSHA 10 certification is a plusStrong attendance and dependable work historyWhat We’re Looking ForWe want welders who take pride in their work, can consistently produce quality welds, and work well independently or as part of a crew.
