A high-end aesthetic surgery practice in southern California is seeking a Facial Plastic Surgeon to perform advanced elective facial procedures, including facelifts and rhinoplasty, while contributing to both pre- and post-operative care; responsibilities include delivering exceptional surgical outcomes, supporting practice growth through a profit-split model, and collaborating within a multi-specialty clinical environment; competitive compensation package.
Qualifications
- Experience performing aesthetic and reconstructive facial procedures, including advanced facelift and rhinoplasty techniques
- Fellowship training in facial plastic surgery
- Strong interpersonal skills and patient-focused communication
- Full, active, and unrestricted California medical license
- Commitment to precision, safety, and high-quality surgical care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-specialty practice setting
