Job Description
The Subway Sandwich Artist - Opener/Day shift plays a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by preparing quality food items and maintaining a clean and efficient store environment. This role focuses on opening procedures and operating during the day shift, requiring strong teamwork and adherence to food safety standards. The employee will primarily work at a single Subway location and report directly to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, occasionally working weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sandwiches and other menu items accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed throughout the shift
- Perform sanitation and equipment cleaning tasks following food safety guidelines
- Execute opening procedures to ensure the store is ready for business each day
- Comply with all food safety and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations
