Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Skilled Nursing | 8-hour Shifts or 16-hour Weekend Shift Options
Pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hr. Depending on Experience. Biweekly pay or Daily Pay available!

McKnight Place Extended Care is a locally owned, luxury skilled nursing and short-term rehab community in St. Louis — just named one of U.S. News & World Report's Best Nursing Homes for 2026. Our CNAs are the heart of that recognition, and we're looking for a few more to join the team.
Current Available Shifts:
- Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Rotating weekends
- Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating weekends
- Weekends: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Day Shift is currently unavailable.
Position Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and essential nursing care.
- Deliver hands-on care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
- Work alongside nurses and the interdisciplinary care team in a long-term care and short-term rehab setting.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, resident-centered environment.
What You'll Need:
- Active, unencumbered Missouri CNA license (L1MA not accepted).
- SNF or long-term care experience a plus, not required.
- Ability to safely lift, transfer, reposition, and assist residents with mobility.
- A genuine passion for caring for older adults.
