Position OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development & Sales Representative to join our growing team at Industrial Applied Technologies, based out of their head office in Taylor , MI . This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the construction and contracting sector.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, contracting, and development markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, developers, and key industry partners.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids.
Work closely with internal teams (estimating, project management, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Valid Driver's License
Frequent travel to existing and new client locations across Michigan as needed.
