About the Role:
Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our energetic team in Sioux Falls, SD! Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time
• Motivate and coach clients through one-on-one and small group training sessions
• Promote and sell personal training packages to gym members
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming training environment on the gym floor
• Stay current on fitness trends, certifications, and best practices in exercise science
• Build strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals

Requirements:

• Current personal training certification from a nationally accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification required
• 1+ year of personal training or coaching experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of exercise technique, program design, and nutrition basics
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Ability to build and maintain a personal client base
• Energetic, reliable, and passionate about health and wellness
