Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Production Supervisor role in Fort Mill, SC. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations on the Pitman Night schedule, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve performance, quality, and safety goals.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency and throughput in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and engineering, to resolve production challenges and optimize processes.
• Train and develop team members, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, staffing, and performance results.
• Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement on the production floor.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-volume production supervisory role. Deep understanding of the Pitman Night schedule and ability to effectively manage staffing and production planning around it. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead diverse teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Local candidates will be prioritized due to the immediate need to fill this role. Spanish or Mandarin language skills are highly desirable. Relocation support will be considered for bilingual candidates. Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
