Quality Control Associate

Join a fast-paced production facility in Syracuse, NY as a Quality Control Associate! We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to help ensure our products meet top quality standards before they head out the door.

Shifts & Pay:

• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $18/hour
• PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $20/hour

What You'll Do:

• Check print quality and make adjustments to keep things accurate and consistent
• Verify that artwork matches job specs, then count and pack for shipping
• Spot-check finished products for defects and confirm they meet customer requirements
• Keep clear records of quality checks and daily production numbers
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and loop in maintenance for anything bigger
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe — daily housekeeping is part of the job
• Work closely with your team and supervisors to keep production on track and flag any concerns

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing setting
• Sharp eye for detail and pride in doing quality work
• Comfortable reading job orders and following standard procedures
• Basic mechanical know-how for routine troubleshooting
• Good communicator who works well with a team
• Able to stand, lift, and stay active throughout the shift in a fast-moving environment
