What This Role Is About
Our client is a very large Outsourcing & Offshoring Consulting firm expanding its footprint in the USA and looking for a VP Commercial, based in Dallas, to build and lead the US business. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who can take ownership of establishing the business from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing the US commercial strategy, building the client base, driving revenue, and creating the structure needed to support long-term growth. Working closely with Global HQ, you will help shape the US market strategy, build the local team, establish the go-to-market approach, and create a strong presence in the market.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
- 15+ years of commercial, business development, or sales leadership experience
- Proven experience building and growing a business in the US market
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience setting up a business or new market from the ground up
- Strong background in Outsourcing, Offshoring, Consulting, BPO, or related services
- Proven ability to develop new business, win key clients, and drive revenue growth
- Experience building and leading a team within a growing business
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy
- Senior leadership presence with the ability to work closely with Global HQ and shape the US business strategy
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, USA
