Reed Rd., Kansas City MO 64133Full time schedulePay range for starting salary: $27.62 per hour, more possible based on experienceComprehensive benefit package, including health, vision, and dentalCompany-paid life, short-term and long-term disability insurance22 days PTO earned your first year, 12 holidays, plus 1 floating holiday per yearResponsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Supervise the performance of a team of Drivers, providing direction, performance counseling, recognition, and discipline as appropriate. Ride along with assigned Drivers periodically, as needed.Coordinate the scheduling of assigned Driver team to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely coverage of assigned routes.Randomly review bus video footage and computer data of assigned Driver team regarding service quality and safety. Discuss observations with Driver team as needed.Evaluate Driver team on an ongoing basis and prepare written evaluations in a timely fashion.Assist DOT Management in reinforcing established safety practices and compliance with company policies.
