Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Provide skilled nursing care to individuals in need of rehabilitation
- Conduct manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Required Skills:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
- Knowledge of treatment planning and interventions
- Ability to develop care plans for patients of all ages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in acute care or discharge planning
- Specialization in pain management, geriatrics, pediatrics, or orthopedic therapy
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, we provide health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) options, flexible schedules, vacation leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
