Product Operations Analyst

Supporting the operational integrity of the product portfolio, the full-time remote Product Operations Analyst will manage product data, improve workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and scalable product structures. Key responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert on product portfolio structure in Salesforce and related systems Partner with Product Managers and teams to define, QA, and enhance SKU structures and operational workflows Track and report on key product and operational metrics, maintaining dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a related role in a technology or SaaS environment Strong experience with quoting platforms and familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or similar tools Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and analytical reporting Working knowledge of SaaS business models and cloud services
