Front Line Crew Member
Front Line Crew Members are the face and hands of Illegal Pete's, interacting with our guests on a daily basis, creating the great food and the welcoming environment that we're known for. Front Line Crew Members are responsible for excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed. This position works in various stations within the restaurant which may include hot line, cold line, bartender and cashier. This opening is at our Broadway location in Denver! Good availability, including nights and weekends is a must.
MORE MONEY - $27.50- $29.45 per hour including tips!
We believe in paying a Living Wage and that's why your base rate plus tips will allow you to make more than any other fast casual around. Base rate starting at $19.29 depending on experience, skill, and/or education. All in benefits and pay up to $68,000 per year!

Requirements of the job
- Create an atmosphere that celebrates individuality and relaxed human connection
- Deliver excellent guest service
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
- Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
