Commercial Cleaner (Part-Time Evening)Location: Indianapolis, IN 46227Schedule: Current: Monday & ThursdayTransitioning to: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (start date to be determined)Shift Options:o 6:00 PM - 9:00 PMo 9:00 PM - 12:00 AMJob SummaryClean Team Inc. is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our evening cleaning team inthe Indianapolis area. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently,takes pride in maintaining clean and professional environments, and values consistency and reliability.In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility by performingroutine commercial cleaning tasks. Your work plays an important role in creating a positive environmentfor employees and visitors while ensuring the facility is ready for the next business day.If you have a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and enjoy seeing the results of your work eachshift, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities  Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned work areas  Empty trash and replace liners  Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces  Replenish paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies  Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies  Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines  Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to managementQualifications  Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation to and from the worksite Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods  Dependable attendance and punctuality Must be authorized to work in the United States  Must be willing to complete a criminal background check Drug screening and customer-specific requirements may apply at certain locationsWhy Join Clean Team?At Clean Team, we know our employees are the foundation of our success.
