The Deli Worker/Cook is responsible for preparing and serving deli-style food items, maintaining food displays, and providing outstanding customer service in the hospital cafeteria. This position prepares sandwiches, salads, grab-and-go items, and other menu offerings while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. The Deli Worker/Cook also serves as a cross‑trained member of the kitchen team and will perform cook duties as needed to support cafeteria operations, catering services, and special events. Requirements: High school diploma preferred. Previous deli, food service, cafeteria, restaurant, hospitality, or culinary experience preferred. Cooking experience is preferred but not required.
