Product Support Specialist

A well-established manufacturer and distributor serving commercial markets is seeking a Product Support Specialist to support product data, documentation, pricing, and customer-facing resources. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across operations, sales, marketing, and product teams while helping keep critical information accurate and organized. Key Responsibilities Manage warranty requests, textile approvals, pricing updates, and product documentation Maintain accurate product information across internal systems and customer-facing resources Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product option evaluations Support leadership with insights that drive product decisions and strategy Develop and maintain technical resources, specification tools, and assessment reports Support bids, contracts, customer inquiries, and internal teams with product information Partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to resolve data discrepancies Support process improvements and ongoing product development initiatives Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Previous sales, customer service, or related experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Preferred Experience Manufacturing experience Engineering knowledge or exposure to technical products #J-18808-Ljbffr
