Marketing Assistant

Overview A luxury real estate professional affiliated with Douglas Elliman, serving clients throughout Palm Beach County. Specializing in representing and marketing exceptional residential properties while delivering a highly personalized client experience. Marketing plays a central role in the business, with a focus on strategic branding, digital presence, and high-quality presentation of luxury listings. Role Description This is a part-time role (with possible growth to full-time if desired), 10 hours a week. Majority of work can be done remotely, but some on-site content creation in or near West Palm Beach, Florida is desired. Responsibilities Lead and elevate the brand across South Florida’s high-end real estate market by strategizing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives that support the continued growth of a top-producing luxury real estate professional. Social media management: 2 posts/reels per week across Instagram and LinkedIn; create content using provided materials and Canva templates (e.g., feature of the week, SOLD) to be populated with photos and addresses. Produce content using provided materials, PR materials, and branded assets to look lux and on-brand. Edit video clips into polished reels optimized for social media performance. Develop original content based on listings, local market updates, neighborhood highlights, and timely real estate news. Monitor social media trends, songs, and real estate industry shifts to keep content timely and relevant. Design each post with strategy to position you as an informed and consistent presence in your market. Community management, including monitoring comments to ensure engagement with your audience is timely, professional, and on-brand. Quarterly analytics and reporting, providing insights into performance and recommendations for continued growth and positioning. Weekly email/newsletter (based on a provided template) featuring listings and sale activity. Occasional print marketing pieces. Qualifications Knowledge of marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign execution. Expertise in market planning and the ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies. Proven experience managing and growing multiple social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Graphic design and visual content creation skills for digital and print marketing. Experience with digital advertising, analytics, and performance tracking. Understanding of market research and consumer behavior. Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
