AI Creative Specialist

Role summary

The AI Creative Specialist produces high-quality AI-generated images and video for our B2B jewelry brands: lab-grown diamond, mined diamond and gemstone jewelry. They turn product photos and CAD files into lifestyle imagery, on-model shots, campaign visuals and short-form video that our retail partners use in stores, online and on social. They work closely with the marketing and brand teams to keep every visual accurate to the product and true to each brand.

Job details

• Employment type: Part-time or full-time

• Work location: In person preferred; remote is negotiable

• International candidates: For non-USA candidates, roles are available in Mumbai, India

• Portfolio: Required with application

• Pay: 18-20/hr, no less than 30 hours a week

Core responsibilitiesAI image creation

• Create lifestyle, editorial and on-model imagery from jewelry product shots and CAD renders.

• Build backgrounds, scenes and seasonal settings for campaigns: bridal, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and holiday.

• Produce consistent AI models and characters that can be reused across a brand's campaigns.

• Retouch and upscale images so metal, stones and sparkle look true to life.

AI video and motion

• Create short-form video for social, retailer websites and in-store screens using Higgsfield, Nim and similar tools.

• Produce product spins, close-up sparkle shots, on-hand motion and animated campaign content.

• Edit and finish video with music, text, transitions and brand elements for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).

B2B brand and retailer support

• Build retailer-ready asset kits: images, videos, ad formats and social templates for each brand.

• Customize content for key retail accounts and co-op campaigns.

• Support product launches, trade shows and sales materials with fresh visuals.

• Keep each brand's look distinct: lab-grown, mined diamond and gemstone collections.

Accuracy and brand standards

• Make sure every visual shows the real product accurately: stone shape, color, metal, setting and proportions.

• Follow brand guidelines and FTC jewelry guidance, including lab-grown vs. mined disclosure.

• Label AI-generated content where required and follow responsible AI practices.

Workflow and collaboration

• Work with the Brand Manager and VP of Marketing on creative briefs and campaign calendars.

• Build repeatable prompt libraries, presets and workflows to scale content quickly.

• Organize and tag finished assets in the company's digital asset management (DAM) system.

• Test new AI tools and share what works with the marketing team.

Portfolio requirement

A portfolio is required to be considered. It should include:

• AI-generated images and video you created, ideally featuring jewelry, luxury or fashion products.

• Examples made with Higgsfield and Nim.

• Before-and-after samples showing a product photo or CAD file turned into finished campaign content.

• Short notes on your role, tools used and workflow for each piece.

Key KPIs

• Volume of finished, approved assets delivered per month

• Turnaround time from brief to final asset

• Retailer adoption and use of AI-created assets

• Social and digital engagement on AI content

• Product accuracy, with minimal revisions for stone, metal or detail errors

• Cost savings compared with traditional photo and video shoots

Ideal profile

• 2+ years creating AI-generated images and video, ideally for jewelry, luxury, fashion or e-commerce brands.

• Expert in Higgsfield and Nim; strong with other leading AI image and video tools.

• Strong eye for light, sparkle, composition and luxury aesthetics.

• Understands jewelry basics: diamond shapes, settings, metals and gemstones; lab-grown vs. mined is a plus.

• Skilled at prompt writing and building consistent results across a campaign.

• Photo retouching and video editing skills.

• Organized, fast and comfortable handling several brands and deadlines.
