Recruiter (Hybrid) We’re seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. You’ll play a key role in building strong retail teams by hiring top talent across hourly and supervisor roles. What You’ll Do Manage 10–14+ open roles in a high-volume environment Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media Screen candidates and coordinate interviews Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and decisions Extend offers and ensure a positive candidate experience Support onboarding and new hire readiness Track recruiting metrics and drive process improvements What You Bring 1–2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (high-volume preferred) Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Strong communication and phone skills Experience with social media sourcing and ATS systems Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Preferred Retail or high-volume hiring experience Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS Background partnering closely with hiring managers Why Join the Team Hybrid work setting only requiring around 1–2 in-person meetings every other week Fast-paced, high-impact environment Collaborative team culture Opportunity for growth and career advancement Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. The hybrid work setting requires around 1–2 in-person meetings every other week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 – $27.00/hr.
