Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough initial assessments utilizing recognized diagnostic tools including standardized screening measures to establish a complete understanding of each client’s needs. \n
- Collaborate with clients to craft tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges, ensuring these plans are aligned with therapeutic goals and client strengths. \n
- Utilize culturally competent and trauma-informed practices during therapy sessions, ensuring that intervention methods are appropriate and effective. \n
- Document all clinical interactions meticulously in accordance with established policies and relevant regulatory requirements, ensuring timely updates to treatment plans. \n
- Facilitate connections with community resources, helping clients access support systems that reinforce their therapeutic journey and enhance their overall stability. \n
- Engage proactively in outreach efforts and marketing strategies to broaden awareness of our services, strengthen community ties, and attract new referrals. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Our practice is particularly focused on accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring that all clients, regardless of their background, receive empathetic and effective support.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. \n
- An active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services, preferably involving crisis counseling and working with outpatient clients. \n
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \n
- Demonstrated ability to understand and adhere to agency policies, procedures, and ethical considerations, enabling effective clinical decision-making. \n

- Experience in outpatient clinical settings with a focus on collaborative care. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and digital documentation processes. \n
- Prior involvement in community outreach or marketing efforts related to mental health services. \n
