Job description-Position

As the Oil Blender Associate, you will create blends of oil according to recipe.

• Meet with supervisor daily to determine production schedule
• Identify and use correct raw chemical materials to bring a production batch into grade specification
• Regularly communicate with the supervisor the status of a batch in process
• Monitor raw materials and report when ordering is needed
• Monitor finished goods to inform the blending production schedule
• Train new associates in oil blending
• Unload-load necessary tankers
• Fill out all paperwork completely and accurately
• Report any spills or leaks that could cause a potential accident or affect the environment
• Keep work area clean

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate ability to manage time
• Pay close attention to small details that could impact results
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
