The persons in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by patrolling, monitoring premises, and performing search procedures. We offer competitive wages and exciting company resources.Responsibilities:Remain alert, avoid distractions, and observe all activity around the postGive the alarm and assist in response to a fire or the emergencyPatrol a designated area on foot or in a vehicleEnforce company and client policiesObserve, report, and document violations of policy by notifying the Shift Lieutenant or Control DispatchRespond to incidentsProtect everyone and everything within the limits and duties of the postOne will only use reasonable force, up to and including lethal force, when necessary to protect lifeObserve, report, and prevent incidents by providing a physical presenceOfficers will remain on the post and wait until they have a face-to-face reliefProvide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional mannerMonitor for irregular or unusual activitySecure facility and designated areasEnforce facility and company policies and proceduresInvestigate and prepare reports on incidentsQualifications:Ability to stand or walk for long periodsPossess basic computer skills and communication skillsMust be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behaviorHigh school diploma or GED equivalent18 years old or olderMust have a non-expired security guard LicenseSchedule:Saturday-Sunday – 0600-1400 (16 hours a week)License # 3101300656#SCR123Certification RequirementsUnarmed Security LicenseEducation RequirementsGEDHigh School DiplomaThis position reports to Logan Rivers.The following screenings are required:Criminal Background CheckMotor VehicleDrug Screen
