Role and Responsibilities Provide bedside nursing care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring safety, administering treatments, and monitoring patient progress. Position RN - Med Surg Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, current BLS certification, and valid national and state licensure. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential. Key Duties Deliver direct patient care during 8-hour shifts. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols. Utilize skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation. Participate in team collaboration and patient advocacy.
