As a Retail Associate, you will provide our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience. Job Specifications Starting Wage:$20.00/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time and Part Timehours available Minimum Age: At least 14 years of age Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities Greet every guest, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service Accurate and efficient processing of all retail sales Learn product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to guests Maintain excellent store visual standards by continually straightening, folding, and restocking merchandise Follow all company standards regarding safety protocols and standard operating procedures Understand and follow both Vail Resorts’ environmental principles Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends. Commitment to exceptional Customer Service. Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods. Must be able to communicate fluently in English A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following: Resort Activities Retail Rental operations Food and Beverage Support Ticket sales or scanning Lift Operations Base Area Operations The expected pay range is$20.00/hr.
