Bristol, NH On-Site Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership You support our team as Quality Manager Responsibilities Lead and continuously elevate the site Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with global standards and evolving customer expectations. Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to strengthen warranty performance, translating customer contract requirements into actionable quality strategies. Own site Quality KPIs—define targets, monitor performance, and drive data-based actions to improve results and customer satisfaction. Champion plant-wide quality improvement initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, implement solutions, and sustain results. Lead customer complaint resolution end-to-end, driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and long-term preventive measures. Guide contract and risk reviews with Sales to proactively reduce quality-related exposure and strengthen customer partnerships. Serve as the site audit leader—driving internal, external, and customer audits while building a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor degree required. 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. 5 years of Quality Experience Must be computer proficient in standard Microsoft software programs. Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the function. Must have excellent communications skills (oral, written and presentation) skills. Must be able to maintain effective working relationship with associates, managers along with outside business associates and contacts.
