Part Time Production Operator Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 19.75 / hour
• Part Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00pm to 04:30am)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-focused Part Time Production Operator to join our manufacturing team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for ensuring daily production targets are met, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe work environment within our non-climate-controlled warehouse. Responsibilities:

• Meet daily production goals while upholding strict quality and safety standards.
• Achieve one-minute cycle times, supporting multiple production stations or areas as needed.
• Perform repetitive lifting of automotive parts and finished goods (50-75 lbs), handling approximately 300 units per day.
• Accurately inspect parts and execute tasks per work instructions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Promptly report equipment defects and quality issues.
• Complete required paperwork and adhere to rotation schedules.
• Operate safely, strictly observing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines and 5S standards.
• Actively support problem-solving, ISO initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain full compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Empowered to stop production immediately for any safety or significant quality concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

Non-climate-controlled warehouse setting.

Part Time Production Operator Qualifications:

Pre-employment Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background check is required.
• Successful completion of a drug screen (excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment.
