We are seeking a dedicated Release Customs Analyst to join our dynamic team! You will play a crucial role in processing client shipments by creating customs entries (data entry), as well as ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse by performing shipping, receiving, and coordination of freight. This position comes with training, no experience needed and must be able to work onsite. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments which could include all modes of transportation. Create customs entries through review, proper selection of client and client records, proper vendor and keyword selection, interpretation of documentation for all clients' shipments. Data entry of shipment information for release (NSC), rating and billing and ensuring that all mandatory fields are completed and accurate. Ensure correct value for duty is reported based on invoice details and terms of sale. Establish correct value for duty and tariff treatment by selecting the correct keyword/HS code. Contact Release Import Analyst or the client service team as required for missing documentation, information or instructions necessary to release a shipment. Prioritize and complete work in accordance with client and customs requirements as assigned by the Production Manager / Manager, Release Operations in compliance with Customs requirements Livingston standards. Participate fully with other team members in the day-to-day operation of Release Operations. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Shipping, receiving and monthly inventory. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills Client Service oriented -- interpersonal skills with internal/external clients and coworkers Ability to handle large volumes and meet tight deadlines Attention to detail; organization, completeness and accuracy Good analytical skills with problem-solving ability Ability to make decisions and recommendations within authorized limitations Ability to present a professional image. Knowledge of Word and Excel software. Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good‑faith salary range for this position is $16.50 - $25.48 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
