Our clients are primarily German, Swiss, and Austrian companies from a broad spectrum of industries, covering all types of capital equipment, electronic components and systems, medical devices, biotechnology, high-end consumer goods, and other technically sophisticated products and services. In order to support our strong and continued growth, we are seeking a new team member for the position of Research Associate. The position is clearly geared towards long‑term professional development as part of our team of experienced executive recruiters. Responsibilities Conducting market research, identifying suitable executives and managers based on pre‑defined parameters Contacting potential candidates, verifying initial interest, and professional fit and building long‑term relationships Helping to define the search strategy Developing the list of companies to target Identifying specific candidates through phone contact and database search Requirements German language skills beneficial but not required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Willingness and ability to work by phone and build networks Five years of practical work experience in customer service, business development, sales or project management, ideally with previous exposure to the European business environment Great natural curiosity and openness to learningAbility to handle multiple projects and tasks under tight time constraints Self‑starter with a high degree of intrinsic motivation and the ability to manage one’s own time and set priorities A high level of creativity in project management and problem‑solving A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution is required Candidates must hold unrestricted work authorization for the United States If of interest, please submit your resume to: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
