Mechanical Assembler - Entry Level Welcome!

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: $22.00/hr

Are you reliable, hardworking, and mechanically inclined? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our assembly team. No assembly experience? No problem! If you enjoy working with tools, fixing things, working on cars, construction projects, or hands-on hobbies, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assemble components for water jet systems using hand and power tools
• Follow pictures, diagrams, and simple work instructions
• Connect wires and cables in panel assemblies
• Perform light assembly work in a clean manufacturing environment
• Cross-train in different departments and learn new skills

✅ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

✅ Experience using hand or power tools (work or hobbies)

✅ Ability to follow instructions and work independently

✅ Reliable and team-oriented attitude

✅ Comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
