Sana Biotechnology seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to design, implement, and operate infrastructure supporting corporate, research, laboratory, and regulated environments across multiple sites. The role involves managing on-premises and cloud systems, leading technical initiatives, and ensuring compliance with GxP standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer and improve on-premises and cloud infrastructure across multiple sites
- Lead technical design and implementation of infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations
- Monitor system health, security, and performance; execute patching and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot complex incidents and develop automation for routine administration tasks
- Partner with security, quality, and business stakeholders to translate compliance needs into solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of enterprise infrastructure administration and troubleshooting experience
- Hands-on expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, storage, and backup systems
- Experience administering cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365
- Demonstrated ability leading complex infrastructure projects from design through implementation
- Knowledge of GxP regulations and compliance requirements for regulated environments
