Telemetry (TELE) Registered Nurse position in Highland Park, IL. Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: IL License, BLS certification, 2+ years of telemetry experience, ability to pass EKG test on first day; no graduate experience accepted.
- Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
- Float: Will be required to float to all MS/TEL units at Highland Park (4 total units).
- Submission Requirements: Resume, 2 references, skills checklist, copies of certifications, license verification, EKG test with passing score to be submitted Thursday before start date.
- Responsibilities include delivering patient care, monitoring cardiovascular status, and documenting clinical interventions as per facility protocols.
