Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
First Shift: M-F, 2:15 p.m. - 10: 15 p.m.

What’s a typical day as a Heavy Equipment Test Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating various types of heavy equipment, such as an excavator, in a controlled testing environment for the entire shift (8 hours)
• Utilizing the machines as intended, primarily digging holes at specific angle measurements
• Providing feedback about the performance of the various types of machines

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have hand/foot/eye coordination, with the ability to operate your hands and feet independently of each other
• Are physically able to get in and out of the machines, grease, change attachments, replace bucket teeth, etc.
• Have a willingness to learn, follow instructions, and accept standardized methods
• Are willing to work in adverse weather and solitude, performing routine, repetitive, and mundane tasks
• Are able to adhere to safety policies and procedures while operating equipment
