Kazak Building Company is hiring a skilled Carpenter / Remodeling Installer to join our growing residential remodeling team. We deliver highquality interior renovations across Oakland County and need a reliable, detaildriven tradesperson who takes pride in clean, accurate work.

Top Responsibilities

• Interior/exterior: carpentry: framing, trim, doors, flooring, cabinetry installs
• Full remodel tasks from demo to finish
• Read plans, measure accurately, follow scope sheets
• Maintain clean, safe, organized job sites
• Work independently or with a small crew
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

What You Bring

• 3+ years residential carpentry or remodeling experience
• Strong finishcarpentry skills (trim, doors, flooring, cabinetry)
• Reliable transportation + basic tools
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and consistent reliability

Preferred (Not Required)

• Kitchen/bath remodeling experience
• Light electrical or plumbing knowledge
• Ability to lead small projects or mentor junior installers
