Crew Member - Back Of House
Our Taco Bell franchise is hiring team members for our many restaurants. Do you possess great customer service, leadership, team spirit and are looking to showcase your talents? We invite you to join our team providing amazing service to our guests who are treated like family! A Taco Bell food champion, also known as a team member, prepares food, takes orders, and provides customer service. They are responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience and maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Customer service: Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments
- Food preparation: Prepare food ingredients, assemble orders, and package products
- Food safety: Maintain food safety standards and check food temperatures
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communication: Communicate with team members and customers
- Menu knowledge: Be an expert on the menu and promotions
Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have reliable transportation
- Be a team player
- Be committed to customer satisfaction
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Have a food handler's certificate
- Be safety-focused, punctual, and respectful
