Marketing Coordinator

A Day In The Life

• Provide administrative support to marketing department
• Assist with work on capabilities packages, proposals, and presentations for construction projects
• Assist with corporate marketing collateral including brochures, folders, sell sheets, resumes, flyers, posters, job photography, etc.
• Provide administrative support for company website
• Assist in the coordination of trade shows, client trips, holiday/client gifts, and special events
• Help maintain contact databases

Necessary Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related with a GPA of 3.5+
• Up to 3 years of related experience
• Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of associates within the organization
